- We have made price adjustments in order assist with our recovery. Please contact us at (970) 282-8300 or THROUGH OUR WEBSITE if you need an adjustment in the price, as we remain committed to serving everyone.
- We have reduced the number providers working at a time in order to maintain social distancing.
- Please arrive on time, not early or late, in order to help with physical distancing.
- Please do not bring others into the clinic for your appointment, unless you need assistance.
- We will maintain a clean environment and your providers will be wearing masks..
- Please bring and wear a mask while you are in the clinic and use hand sanitizer as you enter.
- Do not come for your appointment if you are ill, have recently been exposed to someone Covid-19 positive, or are showing any signs of illness, such as a cough, shortness of breath, or fever.
- Our receptionists will be working from home to help you schedule appointments and answer any questions you may have.
- All appointments will be prepaid. If you are scheduling through Schedulicity you will be asked to pay for your appointment when you schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to illness, your payment will be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
