With over 25 years of experience in the holistic health industry and over a decade practicing yoga, Erin offers her insight and mastery as a certified Hatha yoga and meditation teacher with over 2000 hours of experience. She specializes in nervous system regulation, yoga for pelvic health, meditation, grief, and self-awareness.
