When using this meditation it can be helpful to set the intention for something you want to shift to a higher vibration. This could be done by asking a question before starting the meditation, such as, "How can I feel worthy?" or "How can I choose to eat healthy foods?" Just be sure that whatever comes after "How can..." is stated positively.
